Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely through our online payment gateway using credit or debit card. 

How can I buy from you?

You're welcome to purchase online through this website or in person if you're in Lanzarote, we're always happy to see you in the shop. If you're purchasing online, simply browse our products, add them to your cart and pay via card when you're ready. 

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

Simply introduce the coupon code at the check out, you'll be prompted to introduce it before payment. 

Can I return my items if I'm not happy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your clothing purchase for any reason, you may return your item to us as long as it reaches us within 14 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept jewellery returns, for hygiene reasons.

Please note, all items must be returned in the condition in which they were received and with their tags still attached. Any items marked with makeup, lotions, deodorant, fake tan, or any other substance will not be eligible for a refund.

We do not offer an exchange on any items, but all returns meeting the above criteria will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 days of our receiving the item.

How long do deliveries take?

We generally expect deliveries to arrive within 10 days. However, if you purchase at Christmas, during promotional periods or sale seasons, it may take a few days more. 

We cannot be held liable for delays due to extreme weather conditions or postal strikes. 

How often do you add new products?

We add new products to the website every week. 

Can I exchange my item if I'm not happy with it?

We don't offer exchanges, however, if you are unhappy for any reason, we will offer a refund as long as your returned item is received within 14 days in the same condition in which it was sent out.

I'm missing an item from my order, what can I do?

In the case of a large order, we may have sent your items in separate packages.
